Refund Policy

A member can terminate the membership during the time of membership period by making a request in writing duly signed.

Any Part / Full payment made towards the Membership is non refundable.

In the happening of following events Alegria Holidays and Hospitality Limited reserves the right to terminate the membership ;

- Default in payment of membership price by the member

- Default in payment of annual subscription fee

- Breach of contract by the member

Any other action by the member and /or his/her/its guest or occurrence of any event or situation with in the premises of Alegria holidays and hospitality ltd resorts/hotels which we do not have reasonable control.
